Rules on Shipping fees and Shipment
Shipment prices are included as you choose your region when you check out your cart. Shipping is accommodated worldwide provided that all shipment fees are shouldered by the customer. Fees may also differ depending on your parcel’s weight.
Free Shipping applies to all orders over $150 USD. Use the code FREESHIPPING150 upon checkout. For any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Shipping within the Philippines:
Within Metro Manila: Php 150
Outside of Metro Manila: Php 190-210
Orders outside of Metro Manila will be shipped through J&T Express. Orders within Metro Manila will be shipped through Fifth Express. Though if you would prefer to have your order shipped through Grab or Lalamove, please contact us to make a request. Requests are accommodated on a case-to-case basis.
Please allow for 1 week of processing time, and 2-3 days for delivery. Kindly note that some items may take a longer time to process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping fees outside of the Philippines:
International shipping options are available upon checkout. We have a standard one-rate system for Asia, the USA, Europe, Australia, and the UK. If your country is not listed in these options, you may email us and we can check what we could do about shipping options.
Please ensure that your shipping details (shipping name, address, and contact number) are correct as we cannot be liable for any problems after shipment.
After the item is shipped, we are not held liable for any extra charges that will be subjected to you in your country. We are also not liable for any losses or damages prior to shipping.
